Adriana took this photo of me in the garden. She also gave the mask the name ‘BearPig’ because it looked like a Bear and a Pig at the same time. I liked the name and liked the photograph too. Sometimes you are unaware of what is going on, what a piece is all about. I am grappling with what to do next with this mask. I live in a very picturesque seaside town so maybe I will get the mask on again along with the Urban Outfitters baggies and bare chest and see what happens. so …. Bearpig is a video project in the works atm.
Note to Self: The title, ‘BearPig’ could be construed as being slightly derrogatory, which is something I need to consider in general about my work.
